Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom or made-to-order.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for selecting the correct device model
  • Custom designs (uploads, collages, etc.) are final once production begins
  • Colors and design placement may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

User Content (Uploads & Designs)

When you upload images, designs, or content to create a custom product, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to that content or have permission to use it
  • Your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
  • Your content is not illegal, offensive, or harmful

We are not responsible for content submitted by users.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that violates these guidelines.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices may change at any time without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Payments are securely processed through our checkout providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing times:

  • Non-custom items: typically 2–3 business days
  • Custom items: typically 5–10 business days (depending on revisions)

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (drops, scratches, etc.)
  • Misuse of the product

We reserve the right to determine warranty eligibility.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, branding, and copy — belongs to Throwback Cases and may not be used without permission.
