Return & Refund Policy – Throwback Cases

We stand behind every case we make. If something’s off, we’ll fix it — fast.

Every Throwback Case is made with care in our Seattle studio. Because many of our products are custom-built, our policy is a little different than mass-produced brands — but we always take care of our people.


Returns

Because most of our products are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed cases (including “Build Your Own”)
  • Incorrect device selection at checkout
  • Change of mind after production has started

We know that’s not always fun to hear — but it’s what allows us to create truly custom pieces just for you.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.


Limited Lifetime Warranty

We back our cases with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

This includes:

  • Structural defects
  • Print defects or abnormal fading
  • Issues that affect the functionality of the case

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, drops, or accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper care

If something doesn’t hold up the way it should — reach out. We’ll review and take care of you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After that, production may already be in progress and changes may not be possible

Refunds

Refunds are issued if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We don’t offer traditional exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
If there’s an issue, we’ll replace it instead.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

That said — if something goes sideways, reach out. We’ll always try to help.
