We don’t mass-produce. We make your case when you order it — which means a little patience, but a much better result.

Processing Times

All orders are made in our Seattle studio.

• Non-Custom Cases: 2–3 business days
• Custom Cases (Build Your Own): 5–10 business days (depending on revisions)

Once your order is in production, it’s already being created — so changes may not be possible.

Rush Production (Optional Upgrade)

Need it faster?

We offer 48-hour rush production for custom cases.

• Your order is prioritized and produced within 48 hours
• Shipping time is still separate

Shipping Times

After production, your order ships out and typically arrives within:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Rates

• 🇺🇸 Free shipping on all U.S. orders
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays

We do our best to get your order out fast, but once it’s with the carrier, timing is out of our hands.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather or transit disruptions
• Customs delays (for international orders)

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package:

• Check with neighbors or your local carrier
• Then reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help
